Ikemba Nwokocha Foundation is a humanitarian organization founded by Ikemba Nwokocha and is registered in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act as a not for profit institute. It was founded for the purpose of Giving food and clothing for the homeless, Raising fund for people living in poverty , Drilling bore hole water for poor families in the rural communities , Donating to help poor children return to School.

INF was founded to make an impact on the lives of orphaned and underprivileged kids in Nigeria. The reality for many children in Nigeria is that opportunities to feed well, wear good clothes, have clean water and further their education are few, especially beyond primary school.
